Research could take as short or as long as you like, depending on your preferences. Some people spend hours and hours researching online before making a purchase. Others are very comfortable choosing from the well-known hot tub brands that we offer almost immediately, because they are familiar with them or have even owned them before.

Ask about warranties. All of our hot tubs come with warranties. Higher series brands come with longer warranties than entry level hot tubs. Any hot tub you purchase should come with a warranty.
Ask about local service. We provide local service on all products we sell. Our technicians are factory trained. We also provide concierge hot tub cleaning services.
